Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated AI Trainer to improve the performance of artificial intelligence models by creating, reviewing, and labeling datasets. The ideal candidate will evaluate AI-generated outputs, provide feedback, and contribute to developing high-quality machine learning systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and label datasets for AI model training.

• Evaluate AI-generated responses and provide quality feedback.

• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists.

• Improve dataset quality and annotation accuracy.

• Maintain documentation of training processes and quality standards.

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with data annotation or AI evaluation is preferred.

Salary

₹8,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per year (depending on experience, skills, and location).
