Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help organizations achieve their strategic goals through data-driven insights and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

• Monitor project progress and ensure business objectives are met.

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools is preferred.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Salary

₹6,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per year (depending on experience, skills, and location).
