Job Description

We are hiring an Investment Banking Analyst to support mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, financial modeling, and valuation projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, financial knowledge, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial models and valuation reports.

• Conduct market research and industry analysis.

• Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and capital market transactions.

• Create presentations and pitch books for clients.

• Support senior investment bankers throughout deal execution.

Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and valuation techniques.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

• CFA Level I or MBA is preferred.

Salary

₹12,00,000 – ₹28,00,000 per year (depending on experience, qualifications, and location).
