Job Description

Jio is hiring Customer Associates for a Work From Home role. The selected candidates will assist customers by answering queries, resolving service-related issues, and providing a positive customer support experience through calls, chats, or other communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Meet quality and productivity targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications / Skills

• 10+2 or Bachelor's degree from a recognized board or university.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Customer service experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.

Salary

₹2,40,000 – ₹4,20,000 per year (based on experience, location, and company policies).
