Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices, remove project impediments, and help development teams deliver high-quality software efficiently. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Agile methodologies and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.
Identify and remove project roadblocks.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work.
Track sprint progress and ensure timely project delivery.
Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.
Salary
₹10,00,000 – ₹20,00,000 per year (depending on experience, certifications, and location).
